We all know Burrs are those little irritations that stick in our craw and keep getting caught up in our lives – and we have to deal with them until we’re rid of them completely – time-consuming, fiddly, and annoying!
Spurs, on the other hand, are the things that get us moving. They can be just what we need to take us onto the next step – and they can also jolt us out of our complacency and force us to act.
We look at how we can effectively handle the Burrs in life, and indeed, how we can rid ourselves of their irritation. Some of that irritation comes from our early years and how we have been trained, and how we have reacted to the previous experiences in our life.
Once we understand why and how the Burrs affect us, we explore some tools and techniques to make changes to our reactions and rid ourselves of their effect on our being.
And Spurs….well…they are those things that can push us along resulting in uplifting achievements, innovations, bright ideas, feats, creations that really get us going, they spur us on to great results, leaving us with a sense of great satisfaction and fulfillment…..Yes! They can also be thoroughly irritating.
