  • The "Workbook for Life" is a step-by-step guide to help you build the life you want by Helen Everingham

Many people who have come to my workshops have asked, “Where do I start?” I wrote “The Workbook for Life” as a guide to the best way for you to achieve what you want out of life.

Here are a series of exercises designed to help you make the changes you want to make in your life:

    • Being Grateful
    • The Mighty Power of Words
    • The Art of Listening
    • We’re All Coming from Different Places
    • Speaking the End Result
    • Daily Do’s - Mental Rehearsals
    • Working on the Win/Win Approach
    • Finding What is Right for You
    • Living the Whole Package
“The Workbook for Life” is not a big book. A straight-through read will take you barely 2 hours. You may read through all of my notes only once, but the Summary at the end of each set of exercises will be there as a reminder if you need to recap. There is also space left after each chapter/exercise in case you would like to make your own notes. That way your Workbook may be a constant reference point over some period of time where you come back to it again and again. The hope is that “The Workbook for Life” will help with the process of your learning and changing and achieving.

  • Everyone accepts a baby’s charm, inner beauty, self-esteem, simple happiness, and a desire to learn new things.

It is natural and perfectly normal. Why should we lose these qualities as we become adults? This is the premise of Bert Weir’s book as he asks, “What happened?” In the process of growing up most of us have changed into different people. We have matured and learnt many skills, but we have lost and suppressed our natural self-esteem and happiness.

You will learn from Bert's book: * How it was lost * How to regain it * How to replace anxiety with confidence * How to rediscover your natural self-esteem
